Day 8 - 10 Parole in Inglese.

Today I taught another english lesson to the kids. Today it was more of them because the younger and older kids combined today. I taught them 10 new words in english. It is getting easier and easier to communicate as the days go on and I love learning new words from the kids and they like teaching me. 

After they were done learning words from me they taught me words in Italian, specifically the parts of the body. They went one by one and considered how horrible I was pronouncing them, but it is such an easy way to entertain them. Them teaching me new words validates their knowledge and allows mutual trust as well. It is also just funny when I pronounce them wrong.

I also introduced a computer game with them- all of the papas —erias. We did Papas Cupcakeria and Shushiria today and Carmella really enjoyed herself! I like sharing things with them because it makes it a more open space for them to share things with me.
