Week 7

I can’t believe it is Week 7 and that Week 7 has come to an end. I have come to the realization this week that I am going to break in half when I have to leave these kids. They are the absolute highlight of my day. This week was really relaxed because the younger kids were on a field trip for the entire week, but I did some tasks on the computer for Federica and that was that.
Most of the time this week was spent hanging out with the oldest two and helping Lucia with her studying. Not that I could do much, but trial is better than sitting there staring in confusion. As much as I hate using a translator, chemistry is not something I have even heard in italian, so I couldn’t guess my way through that.
This whole thing is just one big puzzle that I am becoming a part of. Of course I am still figuring out how to put my pieces together, but I feel like I am more involved in the puzzle than I am looking at the puzzle. I don’t know if that makes any sense, but this experience is incredible- can’t wait to be back next week!
