Day 20 - Film e Gelato e Cucchia

Today was the last day that Mikayla was going to be there for a while. It was pretty good. We had ice cream, watched movies. I cannot complain ever about this job.

Today i feel like I grew more intentionally with the youngest kid Mario. I realized he really likes looking at the beach. There is an incredible view from the building of the beach and the beach clubs and the boats and the ocean. I can pick up some of the words, but mostly we just count boats and I repeat “bella, bella, bella, mare.” Although this seems really like nothing at all, I am holding him because he cannot see out of the window by himself, so he will occasionally climb up the little window slots and he is constantly mesmerized by the sound of my nails failing down each of the window blinds. 

Overall, lots of games were played, lots of italian learned, and I love this job.
